Najarian Associates is looking to welcome a full-time licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our Survey group! Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills – self-motivated with the ability to motivate others – are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. He/She must be able to track their own deadlines and responsibilities without supervision and must be accountable for their work product.
Applicants must be licensed in the State of New Jersey and possess at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction layout.
What we are looking for:
- Current experience utilizing Robotic Total Solutions and GPS equipment
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects while tracking budgets and schedules
- Proficiency managing, supervising, and communicating effectively with 3-4 field crews, draftsman, and site/construction managers
- Ability to prepare and track proposals and generate invoices
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while also participating in efforts to prospect new clients
- Ability and willingness to perform field work in support of topographic and boundary surveys, and construction layout
