Mr. Huang has more than 35 years of experience in the following:
- Hydrodynamics
- Water quality modeling in lacustrine, estuarine, and coastal environments
- Computer programming
- Database management including several computer operating systems
- GIS techniques and software
Mr. Huang has conducted model analyses of the influence of the Wanaque South Project on the water quality/trophic status of the Wanaque Reservoir. He also conducted analyses of the influence of the Wanaque South Project on water quality of the Pompton/Passaic Rivers.
Mr. Huang received his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
