Mr. Wei is a professional engineer with 34 years of experience in the design and management of civil/structural engineering projects. He was a project manager for the New Jersey Turnpike’s Garden State Parkway Bridge Inspection Program for more than 16 years. During his tenure with the Turnpike Authority, he also managed the Garden State Parkway South deck repair/reconstruction projects.

Mr. Wei received his Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the Rutgers School of Engineering.
