Najarian Associates is looking to welcome a Part-Time Accounts Payable / Accounting Support professional to join our team! Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to work cohesively as part of a team are encouraged to apply.
What we are looking for:
- Associates degree in accounting or a related degree
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience (PREFERRED)
- Prior experience with Deltek accounting software a plus
What will be expected:
- Accounts payable responsibilities

- Manage vendor information and process weekly/monthly payments
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements and inquiries
- Procure and record W-9 forms from all vendors
- Ensure all applicable vendors submit updated Certificates of Insurance
- Assist with month-end billing
- Send monthly client statements
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested by the Controller
This physical requirements of the position include sitting for extended periods of time, walking, bending and reaching for files and small boxes.
