Howard Litwack
Senior Environmental Scientist, Water Quality Modeling & Permit Support
Mr. Litwack has more than 30 years of experience in the environmental field, including work as a principal environmental scientist at NJDEP. He is responsible for water quality modeling and permit support which includes:
- Water Quality model development and application
- Hydraulic and floodplain modeling
- CSO Studies
- Application of such models to permit development
Mr. Litwack has conducted model analyses for wasteload allocation on a number of New Jersey streams. He also conducted analyses of the nutrient/algal dynamics within the Hackensack River as an adjunct to the NY/NJ Harbor TMDL Program.
Mr. Litwack received his Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University.
