In
today’s regulatory environment, the permitting of complex
land-development projects can often be their most challenging and
uncertain phase. A
strong reliance on experience and technical expertise has allowed
Najarian Associates to navigate the "regulatory maze" (enlarge picture). Permits are generally
obtained with a minimal degree of difficulty and are often
“fast-tracked” due the agencies’ knowledge of our
capabilities. Najarian
Associates possesses a special level of expertise and experience in
permitting Waterfront Development and other types of water resource
activities.
Typically, Najarian Associates provides full permitting
services for projects being designed by its “in-house” engineering
staff. However, the
firm is often asked to “take over” the permitting responsibilities
for external projects that have become stalled, or are still
within the feasibility/planning phase. Najarian Associates also
provides ongoing services to its clients so that they can remain in
compliance with their permits.
Over
the years, Najarian Associates has become experienced in permitting
all forms of environmental activity on a Local, County, State, or
Federal level.
