Najarian Associates’ Land Development Team recently obtained preliminary approval from the Manalapan Township Planning Board for K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Manalapan Project.  This planned community consists of 692 age-restricted single family homes and 100 age-restricted condominiums.  The Najarian team secured all necessary permits for the project, including:

• an NJDEP individual wetlands permit for a stream crossing;
• a Freehold Soil Conservation District permit;
• a sanitary sewer extension permit; and
• a Bureau of Safe Drinking Water permit.

Recently, the Najarian team obtained conditional final approval for the first two project phases.
