EXPERTISE
Mr. Holmes has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer. As a
project manager, his responsibilities include project administration, public
presentations, planning and design. He has been involved in the
preparation of feasibility reports, conceptual plans, site plans for commercial,
industrial and residential projects, sanitary sewer collector and pumping
stations, and computer-aided stormwater management and flood control. Mr.
Holmes has successfully designed over 6,000 residential units and several
industrial and office design projects throughout the State of New Jersey.
