ENGINEERING EXPERTISE
Mr. Carty has experience in design, permitting and contract management in a wide range of projects in both the public and private sector. As Designer and Civil Engineering Technician, his work includes design of site and subdivision plans, septic systems, wetlands delineations, drainage facilities, roadway design, permitting, landscape design and construction management. Mr. Carty is very accomplished in the use of CAD. His experience includes being responsible for CAD design operations and overseeing the coordination of projects between project engineers and draftspersons.
