Najarian Associates provides the following engineering services for insuring that existing dams comply with current dam safety regulations:

• inspection of existing dams;
• preparation of NJDEP report with recommended improvements;
• follow-up detailed design services;
• preparation of permit applications/ obtaining necessary approvals; and
• construction phase layout, construction administration and inspection services

Typically, our dam engineering services include a dam safety analysis which may incorporate hydrologic and hydraulic studies.  These include: dam breach/flood wave analysis, emergency drawdown analysis, emergency action and evacuation plan, operation and maintenance manuals, and underwater inspection of structures.
