Chambers Bridge Residence (Brick, NJ) , Najarian Associates participated in a public and private partnership team to deliver 184 affordable housing units for seniors, developmentally disabled and handicapped persons in Brick Township, NJ in record time! Teaming up with the Brick Housing Authority, Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey and Costanza Life Care Development, we were able to deliver an approved site plan package within just three months. Our design team was able to achieve approvals from the Brick Township Planning Board, Ocean County Soil Conservation Service and NJDEP Sanitary Sewer Extension along with Phase I and Phase II audits performed by our Environmental Division. 

Governor Christine Todd Whitman flanked by Rep. Christopher Smith, State Senator Andrew Ciesla and other local officials, helped break ground for the new affordable housing units for senior citizens in Brick Township.
